Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Intern will assist the sales team in lead generation, client communication, market research, and promotional activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in real-time business development strategies and client acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Support the sales team in client follow-ups and relationship management.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, data sheets, and performance records.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Participate in meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
Visit clients and business locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship building as required.
Promote the company's IT, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Website Development services to potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Confidence in client interaction, presentations, and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of IT Services, SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Technology Solutions will be preferred.
Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
A valid driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and business development activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Stipend: As per company policy.
Travel Allowance: ₹3.5 per kilometer for official travel, up to a maximum of 50 kilometers per day.
Performance-Based Incentives based on lead generation, client acquisition, and overall performance.
